You will be responsible for bringing in NEW clients for our services: Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, Branding, Website Development, SEO, and Complete Digital Marketing Retainerships.
This is a pure client-acquisition role -- no account management, only new business.
Key Responsibilities
Actively hunt for new clients through LinkedIn, cold emailing, cold calling, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp outreach, and referrals.
Generate 30-50 qualified leads per month.
Pitch our services (social media, branding, ads, websites) via calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person meets.
Prepare and send customized proposals & quotations.
Follow up aggressively and close retainership deals (minimum ?50,000-?3 lakh/month).
Attend networking events, startup meets, and industry exhibitions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline in CRM (we use Zoho/Notion).
Achieve monthly revenue targets (incentives start above target).
Work closely with the founding team on pitch decks and case studies.
