Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred) or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in pump industry / industrial equipment sales (preferred).
Strong knowledge of submersible, sewage, dewatering, and booster pumps.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Strong customer relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads in industrial, agricultural, commercial, and residential segments.
Promote the company's full range of submersible pumps, sewage pumps, and booster systems.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pump models.
Prepare and present quotations, pricing proposals, and technical details.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
Handle follow-ups, order closing, and payment collection.
Coordinate with the service team for installation, queries, and after-sales support
Conduct market research to understand competition, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate sales reports, visit logs.
