The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting direct client visits, scheduling and attending meetings, and supporting overall sales and marketing activities to help grow the company's client base.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Meetings & Visits
Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
Attend meetings to present company products/services.
Conduct direct visits to clients for follow-ups, presentations, and relationship building.
Maintain a professional and positive representation of the company during all client interactions.
2. Sales Activities
Identify new business opportunities through research, calls, and field visits.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requirements.
Prepare and present sales proposals based on client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Marketing Tasks
Support basic marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and outreach.
Collect client feedback for improving marketing strategies.
Assist in building and maintaining strong brand presence.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of meetings, visits, client details, and sales progress.
Provide daily/weekly reports to management.
Update CRM or internal systems with accurate client information.
