Performa Invoice:
Generate Performa invoices in accordance with customer specifications and company policies.
Market Research (New Party):
Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities and partnerships.
BOE Preparation of Direct Mumbai Dispatch under LC:
Prepare Bills of Entry (BOE) for direct Mumbai dispatches, ensuring compliance with Letter of Credit (LC) terms.
Creating Sales Orders:
Efficiently create and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Preparing SO Files & Tracking Sheets:
Maintain organized sales order files and tracking sheets for easy reference and analysis.
Payment Follow-up:
Proactively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely receipt and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow-up for Documents Post Sales Order:
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of necessary documents post sales order completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales and marketing role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
