Job Summary


We are a top hospitality group of Central India looking for smart and young individuals with excellent communication skills and motivation to excel in their area of work. Existing network and contacts and experience of being on the field will be preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties


The candidate needs to create new business opportunities for the group and handle existing inquiries and manage customer relations. City of work is Abhyankar Nagar, Nagpur and occasional travel might have to be undertaken to other cities.

Required Experience and Qualifications


UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

3-4 years in front office operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role in a hotel or resort.

Job Summary:



We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive - Telecalling to generate sales over the phone. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-driven, and comfortable talking to people.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services Understand customer needs and provide relevant product/service information Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal communication skills in English Strong persuasive and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Graduate (Preferred Hospitality Background)

Job Specification & Qualification:



Qualification:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

Leadership, communication, problem-solving, customer service excellence, and proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
