Job Summary



The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving admissions and brand awareness through field activities, lead generation, and effective counselling of students. The role involves coordinating and executing marketing initiatives, conducting visits to colleges, handling enquiries, maintaining lead databases, and ensuring conversions into admissions.

Key Responsibilities



College & Institute

Visit colleges, schools, and training institutes to schedule and conduct seminars, presentations, and awareness programs about the institute's courses. Build strong relationships with principals, faculty members, placement cells, and student representatives to generate leads. Coordinate logistics for seminars, ensuring branding material, presentations, and brochures are prepared.

House Visits & Field Follow-Ups

Lead

Follow up with enquiry walk-ins and referrals through in-person meetings to convert them into admissions. Provide detailed information on courses, career opportunities, and institute offerings to parents and students.

Counselling & Admission Support

Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their qualifications, career goals, and interests. Guide students through the admission process, documentation, and financial/payment formalities.

Lead Management & Data Handling

Track enquiries from different sources (walk-ins, calls, seminars, references, social media, etc.). Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and pending admissions.. Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly admission targets assigned by the management. Monitor progress and suggest strategies for increasing conversion rates. Coordinate with the marketing team to improve enquiry flow and quality of leads.

Key Skills & Competencies Required



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred). Strong counselling and persuasion skills. Ability to present confidently in seminars and one-on-one counselling sessions. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel locally for college visits, house visits, and promotional activities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving targets.

Qualifications & Experience



0-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Education counselling. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
