Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and marketing creativity to identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, print). Create engaging content (e.g., brochures, flyers, social media posts) to promote our brand and products. Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

Administrative & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management. Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
