Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. Conduct field visits to meet clients, distributors, and partners when required. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and showcase products/services. Assist in creating marketing materials, campaigns, and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements. Maintain sales reports, client databases, and regular follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel for field visits, exhibitions, and client meetings. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and MS Office. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in sales/marketing is an advantage.

Work Environment:



Combination of office-based tasks and fieldwork. Requires flexibility in schedule during exhibitions or events.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
