Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office)

Experience Required: 1+ Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and at least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer handling roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales Handle incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Google Sheets Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain professionalism and quality standards during all interactions

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or a customer-facing role Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi Ability to work in a target-driven environment Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Positive attitude and strong work ethic
