Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling quotations and inquiries from domestic customers while providing proactive support for marketing initiatives, including new vendor development. This role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotations for domestic clients. Provide end-to-end support in handling customer requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures. Assist the marketing team in identifying and developing new vendors to strengthen business operations. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, dispatch, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Monitor market trends and provide inputs for strategic marketing and vendor development initiatives. Prepare and maintain records of quotations, inquiries, and vendor communications.
Key Requirements:

Graduate in Science / Commerce / Marketing or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing support, customer handling, or vendor development (chemical/pharma industry experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle customer expectations effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
