Job Description

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Meet clients, understand requirements & propose suitable solutions. Ability to travel for client visits and exhibitions. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in automation. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals & quotations. Conduct marketing activities (online/offline, exhibitions, campaigns). Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with technical/application engineers for solutions & demos. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Provide after-sales support in coordination with the service team. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to promote automation products and solutions. Support digital marketing activities including LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and content creation Maintain and update CRM / sales database for tracking leads and opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows, industry seminars, and exhibitions.
