Coordinate with technical/application engineers for solutions & demos.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Provide after-sales support in coordination with the service team.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to promote automation products and solutions.
Support digital marketing activities including LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and content creation
Maintain and update CRM / sales database for tracking leads and opportunities.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry seminars, and exhibitions.
