Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our team. This in-office position focuses on driving growth through enterprise and B2B sales strategies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Eligibility:
Open to freshers from all educational backgrounds, including all engineering courses, B-schools, arts programs, and others.
Filters:
Open to candidates graduating in 2023, 2024, and 2025. No minimum marks are required.

Salary CTC: Rs.2,40,000/- to Rs.3,24,000/-
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise and B2B sectors.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Skills and Qualifications
Core Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to identify and qualify leads.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure.
Highly motivated and target-driven.
