Job Description

A Sales & Marketing Engineer is a technical sales professional who uses their engineering expertise to promote and sell complex products or services, bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs.

Industry Segments : Airports, Warehouse, Real-Estate to provide Turnkey Electrical & Automation project solutions

Technical Expertise :

Understanding our engineering solutions and explaining them clearly to clients and potential customers.

Sales & Marketing :

Identifying new customer opportunities, creating and delivering technical sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Customer Needs Analysis :

Listening to and analyzing client requirements to propose the best possible technical and financial solutions.

Technical Support :

Providing technical guidance and support to clients and the sales team throughout the sales process.

Collaboration :

Working with internal Costing, Purchase & Engg. teams to tailor offerings and create effective promotional strategies.

Market Research :

Conducting market evaluations to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential clients.

Technical Knowledge :

Deep understanding of the specific industry's technologies and products.

Communication :

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Sales Acumen :

The ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.

How to Become One

Education :

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. An MBA in sales or marketing is often considered an advantage.

Experience :

Minimum 2+ years in same domain

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
