Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new infrastructure, construction, and real estate business opportunities.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, government agencies, and procurement teams.
Negotiated pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports on targets, pipelines, and forecasts.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for cement precast products, including manholes, culverts, pipes, barriers, girders, etc.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and gaps in the market.
Create marketing collateral, including brochures, product datasheets, presentations, and case studies.
Manage digital marketing activities such as website updates, social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, industry conferences, and customer engagement events.
Provide product training and technical support to sales teams and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in sales and/or product marketing within the
construction, precast concrete, or building materials
industry.
Strong understanding of precast cement products and their applications in infrastructure and commercial projects.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and marketing software.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and events.
