Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies for Point-of-Sale Materials to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align POSM marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Product Knowledge:
Possess a deep understanding of the products/services the company offers, as well as the target market and customer behavior.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the B2B space related to POSM.
POSM Development:
Work closely with design and production teams to develop effective Point of Sale Materials tailored for B2B clients.
Collateral Creation:
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, catalogs, and other materials aimed at B2B customers.
Sales:
Own the revenue number. Attain/overachieve the assigned quota every quarter.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of POSM marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key B2B clients, understanding their needs and tailoring marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Creativity and innovation in developing effective B2B marketing strategies.
