We are looking for a results-oriented and driven Sales Executive to fill our vacancy. You will be engaging in promoting our training courses, responding to student inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments. Your job will be a contributing factor in guiding students into the suitable training routes and supporting the growth of the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential students through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Understand career aspirations of students and suggest appropriate training courses.
Follow up leads and ensure timely conversion.
Achieve monthly course enrollment and revenue targets.
Update and maintain the CRM system with relevant lead and follow-up information.
Coordinate with the academic and support teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of students.
Attend marketing events, seminars, and outreach programs if necessary.
Perform routine counseling and respond to student queries efficiently.
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Customer-centric attitude
Fundamental knowledge of training or education sector (desirable)
Target-working and working under pressure.
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field preferably)
Previous experience in sales, tele-calling, or counseling is a plus
