Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, events, and digital channels. Manage and grow relationships with new or existing clients to ensure fresh or repeat business. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with the design and product teams to align marketing strategies with product offerings. Execute marketing campaigns across offline and online platforms. Track sales targets and provide regular reports to management. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or promotional events. Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, email campaigns, social media) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Target-oriented and self-motivated

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA in Marketing (preferred) Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles
