We are looking for a motivated and experienced On-Field Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in polymer compounds. This role involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of polymer compounds and their industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to promote polymer products to industrial clients.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (emailers, WhatsApp promotions, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Support the sales team by generating qualified leads through marketing activities.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
Maintain and regularly update CRM/customer databases.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and ROI analysis.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field.
Experience in the polymer, plastics, or chemical industry is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of industrial/B2B marketing techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn).
Creative, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
