Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Executive - Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for webinars, expos, events and workshops (online/offline)

Identify and acquire new event organizers via research and outreach

Convert users from competitor platforms to the PRIC ecosystem

Onboard and manage relationships with event organizers

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event setup and readiness

Support promotional outreach via WhatsApp, email, and social media

Track event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Maintain lead/event tracking sheets and submit regular performance reports

Contribute to business growth by identifying trends and partnership opportunities

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in event marketing, coordination, or digital outreach Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Target-oriented with a proactive and adaptable attitude Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
