, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, handling customer relations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring profitable business growth. The role requires a mix of sales, administration, and operational support to drive efficiency and expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day sales activities, including attending sales calls and enquiries (both office-based and on-field).
Manage billing and invoicing processes.
Prepare sales quotations and commercial proposals for clients/customers.
Oversee logistics and dispatch of goods/materials.
Manage credit control and follow up on client payments.
Coordinate import & export formalities.
Liaise with GST, tax, customs clearance, and other regulatory authorities.
Provide customer care and coordination activities, including addressing sales/service queries and ensuring execution.
Achieve business growth targets within defined timelines.
Ensure independent achievement in driving profitable growth for the business.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline (preferred).
0 to 1 years of experience in sales/marketing or related roles.
Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and commercial documentation.
Familiarity with GST, import/export, and logistics processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems (preferred).
Salary Range:
?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
