Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales/Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of sales experience and demonstrated history of working in the steel industry. He/she should have a strong record of handling large sales, along with taking care of Sales & Marketing, Dispatch & Logistics.

Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience within the steel industry or a closely related industrial sector.

Proven Track Record:

Demonstrated success in driving sales with a strong network present across various stockists, retailers and project supply.

Industry Expertise

: Deep knowledge of the steel industry, including supply chain& Logistics , demand drivers and key market dynamics.

Relationship Building:

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with C-suite executives as well as Retailers and Fabricators.

Education

: A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; An MBA is a plus.

A good knowledge of and strong relationship with steel stockists, retailers and various demand centre within the light and medium structural steel industry.

Travel for Work:

Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
