Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated

Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through multiple channels. Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to improve brand visibility. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Prepare sales reports, proposals, and marketing materials. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (experience in the IT field is an added advantage). Freshers may apply if motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be punctual, honest, and disciplined. Professional appearance and grooming when meeting clients. Basic knowledge of MS Office and IT products/services is preferred. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
