We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Conduct market analysis to understand competitors, customer needs, and industry trends. Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional content and strategies.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and trade shows to promote the company's products/services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to travel when required.
