Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Activities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Marketing Activities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to promote products or services. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Manage and update company websites, social media platforms, and promotional materials. Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create marketing collateral, such as brochures, videos, and advertisements.

Customer Relationship Management:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and regular communication. Gather feedback to improve products, services, and marketing approaches.
