Manage and update company websites, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create marketing collateral, such as brochures, videos, and advertisements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and regular communication.
Gather feedback to improve products, services, and marketing approaches.
