About the Role

The Sales & Marketing Executive at

Zion Hills Golf County

will support the sales,

marketing, and customer engagement functions by ensuring prompt communication,

efficient handling of enquiries and leads and smooth coordination between teams. The

role requires an organised, proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks while

maintaining a high standard of professionalism. The role is based at Kolar, with

flexible timings 6 days/ week.

Key Responsibilities

Enquiry & Lead Management

Attend to all enquiries across all channels (WhatsApp, phone, email, walk-ins). Provide first-level information to prospects and route leads to the appropriate departments. Track all leads and ensure timely responses. Coordinate with internal teams such as hospitality, golf operations, and sales Maintain updated databases and files

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational and coordination abilities. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive, eager to learn, and able to multitask effectively.
