Key Responsibilities
Visit jewellery shops, traders, and related businesses for business development
Promote IGCC certification services and explain benefits clearly
Generate new leads and convert them into active clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Collect market feedback and report to management
Coordinate with office and lab teams for smooth service delivery
Represent IGCC professionally in the gem & jewellery market
