Job Title:

Sales & Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Promote IVF, fertility, and women's health services Generate leads through field marketing, camps, and hospital visits Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers Coordinate fertility awareness programs, camps, and seminars Explain IVF services, treatment packages, and hospital facilities to patients Follow up on patient inquiries and convert leads into consultations Maintain daily activity reports and lead trackers Support digital marketing team with ground-level promotion Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing targets Ensure ethical marketing as per healthcare guidelines

Skills & Competencies:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Convincing and counseling abilities Knowledge of healthcare / IVF services (training will be provided) Field marketing and lead generation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp follow-ups) Multilingual skills preferred (Tamil, English, Telugu/Kannada - added advantage)

Any

Graduate / Diploma

(Marketing, Business, Life Sciences preferred) MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing - added advantage

Experience:

1-3 years

in hospital / healthcare / pharma / diagnostics marketing preferred Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
