Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement the company's strategy
Manage sales activities in the assigned market
Achieve team sales targets (volume, product-wise, and group-wise)
Share timely performance feedback with the line manager
Maintain product inventory with channel partners
Collect receivables and statutory documents from C&F and others within the required timelines
Maintain healthy and professional business relationships with channel partners
Gather competitor information and share it with the Head Office
Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics, and ensure team compliance
Goals / KRA:
Update and maintain customer and distributor lists
Ensure proper customer coverage and visit frequency
Implement sales and marketing campaigns
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets
Ensure timely payments from C&F to the company
