The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, building brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting admission/enrollment campaigns across assigned locations. This role requires active field presence, coordination with institutions, event management, and strong communication skills to promote Techbyheart's programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Ground Marketing Activities
Conduct field visits to colleges, schools, corporates, and coaching centers.
Organize and execute seminars, workshops, presentations, and awareness programs.
Manage promotional activities such as roadshows, outdoor branding, and kiosks.
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, etc.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-Up
Generate leads through field campaigns, events, and institution visits.
Maintain daily/weekly lead and activity reports.
Coordinate with the Admissions/Academic Counselor team for follow-ups.
Ensure quality leads and conversions from field activities.
3. Event Coordination & Brand Visibility
Plan and execute offline marketing events in collaboration with the marketing team.
Ensure proper branding at all centers (standees, banners, posters, signage).
Manage vendor coordination for printing, branding, and event materials.
Support center-level promotional activities and open-house events.
4. Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at colleges, organizations, and local partners.
Establish tie-ups for campus activities, student referral programs, and placement promotions.
Maintain strong rapport with student communities and influencers.
5. Market Research
Conduct field research and competitor analysis in the assigned region.
Gather insights on student preferences, trends, and local opportunities.
Share regular feedback with the management for strategy improvement.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily reports on visits, activities, leads, and outcomes.
Maintain a database of institutions visited, events conducted, and partnerships.
Ensure accurate documentation of all field activities and expenses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in field marketing or sales (education sector preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned region.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
