Job Description

Strategy and planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, create marketing plans, and set performance goals.

Sales activities:

Identify and target potential customers, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate and close deals.

Customer relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, address complaints, and look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.

Market analysis:

Research market trends, analyze competitor activities, and use feedback to identify opportunities and improve strategies.

Reporting:

Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and track performance metrics to monitor success and identify areas for improvement.
Key skills

Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are crucial, as are analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
