Required Experience : 1-2 Years (Preference to FMCG Van Sales)
We are looking for a Proactive result oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to handle line sales with Van.
Duties and Responsibilities,
1. Executive and monitor Van Sale Operations including billing and invoicing through mobile devices.
2. Maintain and Expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities.
3. Plan and optimize Sales Routes to maximize coverage and efficiency
4. Prepare and Submit daily Sales and Collection Reports to Management.
5. Ensure accurate product dispatch, delivery, and payment collection.
6. Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
7. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
8. Support promotional activities and implement marketing strategies in the assigned region.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage
2. 1-2 years of experience in domestic sales or FMCG distribution preferred.
3. Familiarity with mobile billing applications and POS systems.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
6. Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet sales targets.
7. Must possess a valid two/four-wheeler license for field travel.
