Sales & Marketing Executive Roles -
Responsible for generating leads, converting sales for various flooring products such as vinyl, laminate, wooden, carpet, and synthetic floors
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors
Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote flooring solutions
Maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners while expanding the dealer network
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, delivery, and payment collection
Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities for brand enhancement
Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in B2B or project-based sales (preferably in flooring, interiors, or building materials).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of market segments such as residential, commercial, and institutional flooring.
Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing basics, and Microsoft Office.?
