Drive the company sales van daily to assigned routes, territories, and strategic locations.
Directly sell and distribute products to existing and potential customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.
Handle cash transactions and ensure daily sales reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Monitor competitor activity and report findings to the management team.
2. Inventory and Van Management:
Load and unload products safely and efficiently into the sales van.
Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile stock daily, and minimize product damage or spoilage.
Ensure the sales van is kept clean, well-maintained, and comply with all traffic and safety regulations.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly.
Educate customers on new products, special promotions, and product benefits.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or van sales.
Licensing:
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Integrity:
Proven ability to handle cash and inventory responsibly and accurately.
Other:
Must be punctual and reliable.
