Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead promotional campaigns, drive student/customer acquisition, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging both digital and traditional channels to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Conversion

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, events, and referrals. Convert leads into enrollments/sales through persuasive communication and follow-ups.

Marketing Campaigns

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, SEO) and offline channels (flyers, events, partnerships). Should have the experience to take the live sessions on colleges and various firms.

Brand Promotion

Represent the organization at events, expos, and community outreach programs. Develop promotional materials and coordinate with designers and vendors.

Market Research

Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches. Prepare reports and insights for management review. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or educational outreach Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
