As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to UAE clients, generating leads, promoting our services, and supporting the sales process. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure excellent client service and help achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily sales and marketing calls to prospective and existing UAE clients.
Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings or product demos.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Share information about company services, products, and special offers through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and follow-up with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Confident and clear in phone communication with clients.
Basic knowledge of CRM software, Excel, and email communication.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
Willingness to work flexible hours to align with UAE business timings.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with UAE or GCC region clients.
Background in IT services, software sales, or technical product promotion.
Familiarity with digital marketing or social media platforms is a plus.
