Responsibilities

Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

Communication & Education:

Educate referral sources on Welcare Hospital's services, specialties, and new medical advancements.

Outreach & Promotion:

Conduct regular visits and meetings to promote our clinical services and maintain a high level of engagement with referral partners.

Feedback & Reporting:

Gather feedback from referral sources to identify opportunities for improvement and report on referral trends and activities.

Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving assigned referral targets and contributing to the growth of the hospital's patient base.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
