Key Responsibilities
Sales:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service demonstrations to clients.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Marketing:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Manage social media accounts, content creation, and online promotions to boost brand awareness.
Coordinate with design/creative teams for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Support in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media) is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
