Sales & Marketing Executive
to actively meet and engage with dealers, institutions, and dental professionals, drive sales growth, and strengthen our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Meet orthodontic and dental product dealers, distributors, orthodontic labs, and key accounts across different cities.
Visit and build relationships with dental and orthodontic colleges, introducing Penta Orthodontics' product range.
Represent the company at dental/orthodontic expos, exhibitions, and industry events (including weekends if required).
Willing to travel across India to generate new leads, close sales, and maintain client relationships.
Work from the office most days, with occasional travel to meet clients and attend events.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers, addressing any queries or concerns.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Identify potential market opportunities and provide inputs for improving marketing and sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales reports, visit records, and customer data in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on expanding the dealer and institutional network.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel can apply).
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while on the move.
Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus).
Willingness to travel pan-India extensively.
