Role Summary:
We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to support our expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with a strong technical understanding of food ingredients, building lasting customer and distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify and onboard new B2B customers
Expand our network of channel partners
Build and manage strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field
0-2 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B or food industry)
Strong communication, negotiation & CRM skills
Technical understanding of food ingredients is a plus
Willingness to travel within the region
