Key Responsibilities:

Represent Longefit in

corporate meetings

, collaborations, and business partnerships Willingness to travel as and when needed for business development and marketing initiatives Supervise and coordinate with the

Customer Relationship Executive team

Lead the

client conversion process

and ensure smooth onboarding Drive

lead engagement

, follow-ups, and

new client acquisition

Build and maintain

strong client relationships

to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Who We're Looking For:

Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal

skills Fluent in

English and Malayalam

Proactive

, confident, and capable of working independently or as part of a team Passionate about

fitness, wellness, and helping others improve their health

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing

Business Administration

, or related field Experience in the

fitness, wellness, or health

sector is a strong advantage Familiarity with

digital marketing

strategies is a plus
