Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Identify potential B2B clients in sectors such as construction, healthcare, hospitality, and industry.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads through field visits, calls, email campaigns, and networking.
Sales & Proposal Management:
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable STP, ETP, RWH, or consultancy solutions.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow up until closure.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Plan and implement digital and offline marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Create marketing content - brochures, case studies, presentations, social media posts, etc.
Manage and update website and digital platforms with relevant campaigns.
Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends.
Suggest strategies to differentiate offerings and enter new market segments.
Events & Customer Engagement:
Represent the company at trade fairs, expos, industry meets, and client events.
Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain sales records, client databases, and submit regular performance reports.
Assist in documentation for tenders, audits, and environmental reports.
