Job Overview:

As a

Sales & Marketing Executive

, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and managing outdoor advertising campaigns in the

Kakinada region

. You will closely

coordinate with the Marketing Head and Head Office team in Madhapur

to ensure smooth operations and consistent execution of company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify new clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into successful business deals.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Market Research:

Study local markets, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

Campaign Coordination:

Plan and monitor outdoor advertising campaigns to ensure timely delivery and visibility.

Head Office Coordination:

Collaborate with the

Marketing Head

and corporate team in

Madhapur

for strategy execution, approvals, and regular updates. Provide timely reports and feedback from the field.

Sales Support:

Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Brand Promotion:

Support regional marketing initiatives to enhance

LEADSPACE brand visibility

in Kakinada.

Reporting:

Maintain sales records and prepare performance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

1-2 years in sales, marketing, or outdoor advertising.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent networking and client-handling abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Languages:

Proficiency in

English and Telugu

preferred.

Personal Traits:

Dynamic, result-oriented, confident, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
