We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our innovative landscape projects directly to builders, developers, architects, and construction professionals. This role involves proactive door-to-door outreach, building relationships, and closing deals to drive project leads and sales. Key Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door visits to builders, developers, architects, and related professionals to pitch landscape projects and generate leads. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling in target areas. Present project portfolios, customize proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Track sales activities, leads, and conversions using CRM tools; meet monthly targets. Attend industry events, trade shows, and site visits to promote services. Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends to improve offerings.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in field sales, door-to-door marketing, or B2B sales (real estate/construction/landscaping preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills; confident in face-to-face interactions. Knowledge of landscaping, architecture, or construction industry is a plus. Own two-wheeler with valid license (for local travel); comfortable with outdoor/field work. Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills and resilience to rejection. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Maps, and basic CRM software.
