Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities



Client Visits & Business Development Visit potential and existing clients: factories, organizations, supermarkets, retail stores, and distributors. Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers. Maintain strong relationships for repeat and long-term business. Conduct product demos and explain features of Finllie water cans & bottles.

Sales & Revenue Growth



Achieve minimum monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify business opportunities and propose growth strategies. Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery terms. Collect orders and maintain proper documentation.

Brand Promotion



Promote Finllie as a premium and trusted water brand. Ensure brand visibility with stands, posters, and display materials. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Delivery Handling & Logistics



Coordinate timely delivery of water cans & bottles. Track schedules, check quantities, and manage basic stock levels. Handle invoices and support payment collection. Maintain records of deliveries, returns, and stock movement.

Customer Relationship Management



Address customer questions, complaints, and service requests. Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth service operations. Collect feedback and report improvements.

Key Skills Required



Good communication in Kannada & English (Hindi optional). Experience in field sales and marketing feild (Packaged water, or distribution preferred). Ability to manage both sales, marketing . Good negotiation, service orientation, and relationship skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
