Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
Prepare and submit quotations, follow up, and close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project managers.
Coordinate with the operations team for delivery schedules, installation timelines, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, sales forecasts, and customer interactions.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
Support marketing activities including digital promotions, exhibitions, and product seminars.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills and Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, interiors, or related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical product details and explain them to clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within Bangalore and to project sites.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
