The Marketing Executive: will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness for the company's real estate projects. Key responsibilities include:
Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through digital advertisements, real estate portals, social media marketing, and local promotional campaigns.
Customer Handling: Attend client inquiries, arrange and coordinate site visits, maintain communication, and provide detailed project information.
Sales Conversion: Negotiate with prospective buyers, follow up effectively, and close sales to achieve targets.
Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns -- including brochures, hoardings, events, and referral programs.
Market Research: Analyze competitor projects, market trends, and pricing strategies to support business planning and campaign decisions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven background in real estate sales or marketing (preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.).
Proficiency in local language for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Compensation Structure:
Fixed + Incentive Model:
?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (fixed) + attractive sales commission per closing.
Commission-Only Model:
0.5% - 1.5% of the apartment sale value per transaction.

Working Hours: As per company policy
Travel Requirement: Local site visits and client meetings as needed
