1. New Enquiry Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through site visits, client interactions, and market research, driving growth and expansion for the company.
2. Client Visits & Site Visits: Conduct regular client visits and site visits for new projects to:
- Build strong relationships
- Understand their needs
- Identify new opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Generate new enquiries for potential business opportunities
3. Follow-up for Documents Post Sales Order: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of necessary documents post sales order completion, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
4. Preparing Quotations: Analyze customer requirements and create accurate and compelling quotations that meet their needs and company standards.
5. Performa Invoice: Generate Performa invoices in accordance with customer specifications and company policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
6. Creating Sales Orders: Efficiently create and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company procedures.
7. Preparing SO Files & Tracking Sheets: Maintain organized sales order files and tracking sheets for easy reference, analysis, and performance monitoring.
8. Payment Follow-up: Proactively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely receipt, maintain positive customer relationships, and minimize financial risks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales and marketing role.
