Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in the surgical distribution business.

- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and maintain a strong customer base.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide insights to improve sales performance.

- Marketing:

- Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote surgical items and increase brand awareness.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.

- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and marketing strategy optimization.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.

- Skills:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, campaign development, and brand management.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.

- Certifications: Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., Digital Marketing Certification) is a plus.
