Define, plan and execute campaigns on multiple digital platforms resulting in sales opportunities.
Lead generation experience with consumer analytics and excellent follow ups
Generate new users for the products with new and unique marketing strategies
Create sales plan and achieve periodic targets
Visit potential customers, close leads on weekends too
Knowledge and fluency in Hindi, English and Kannada languages
Determining client needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Maintain, build and update database for outbound cold calls, attend inbound product calls
Prepare customized proposals and presentations, daily activities, periodic MIS reporting
Set up meetings with customers and company technical representatives
Responsible for all advertising and marketing activities
Marking presence in service related exhibitions and fairs.
Qualifications and Skills
Graduation
Experience in real estate Sales/Marketing/Business Development preferred
2 Wheeler with valid driving license preferred
