Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team. The role is primarily
field sales
(customer visits, lead generation, and client relationship building), with
1-2 warehouse visits per week (as required)
. The candidate must have strong sales acumen, relationship-building ability, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory
Conduct regular
field visits
to promote products and build customer relationships
Meet potential clients, give product presentations, and close deals
Follow up with customers for orders and timely payments
Visit the warehouse 1-2 times per week (as required) for coordination
Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships
Provide timely sales reports and updates on performance
Ensure adherence to Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of sales experience
(preferably in FMCG or institutional sales)
2-wheeler mandatory
for fieldwork
Good knowledge of
MS Excel
Fluency in
English
and
local language
(Gujarati for Ahmedabad, Kannada for Bengaluru)
Graduate degree in any discipline
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong PR and ability to maintain client relationships
Ability to work independently and in a team
Compensation:
Salary:
?20,000 - ?30,000 per month
(including travel allowance)
Commission eligibility
after 3 months of probation
Office Timings:
Monday to Saturday,
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
